We wanted to gain access to a web-based entity that had a systematic and doable "package" for entrepreneurs
who wanted to build and market an ecommerce website without having to learn any programming other than
basic HTML. We also wanted to associate ourselves with an established and a well-known Internet
"presence" such as Yahoo that offered a legitimate and business-like way to start and operate an
Internet-based business.

If an item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition, please contact us immediately and we will determine
whether a credit or replacement is in order. In most cases, you will not be required to return the item and we
will ship a replacement free of charge. You must contact Water Fountains and Garden Decor within 20
days of receipt of merchandise so that we can process your return in a timely manner with our distributor.
Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 20 days of the receipt of the items. There
will be a 25% restocking fee on all non-defective, non-broken items. Please note that the original shipping
charges will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.

Yes, all shipments are automatically insured at no extra cost to you.
Backorders occur when the distributor is out of certain items or when there are too few items available for
ordering. We made a conscious decision to avoid listing any items that are on "backorder status" on our
section pages. That is, no backorders will be found when you click on any of the navigation buttons located at
the top left of every page. We did this to avoid the frustration that results when customers decide to purchase
an item, only to find out that it is on backorder. If, however, you are intent on finding out what items are
currently on backorder, you can access this information directly by clicking here.
Our distributor works hard to maintain a 95% in-stock rating (which is one of the highest in the industry). Our
distributor will notify us immediately when an out-of-stock item becomes available. We will then make this item
"orderable" within two business days. If you have emailed us about a particular out-of-stock item, we will
email you as soon as the item becomes back "in-stock" and orderable.
You can email us at customerservice@water-fountains-and-garden-decor.com for a UPS tracking
number--but please wait to email us at least 48 hours after placing your order. The UPS tracking number will
not be available until then.

No. Due to the fact that our website is updated almost every day and due also to the high cost of printing new
catalogs every time new items are added to our website, we decided against offering catalogs. However, our
sales team is eager to assist you with your needs, so feel free to contact us. Our suggestion is to bookmark our
