1. What is your shipping policy?
Due to the restrictions placed on us by our distributor, we
only ship to the USA (including Alaska and Hawaii) and
Puerto Rico.

3. How much does shipping cost?

UPS Ground Shipping: Continental U.S. excluding PO
Boxes. We provide free shipping via UPS Ground on all
orders of $50.00 or more for deliveries made within the
continental U.S. (excluding PO Boxes). Shipping on all
orders under $50.00 is $7.50---this applies only to deliveries
made within the continental U.S.

Shipping to PO Boxes. Due to the risk of credit card fraud
associated with orders placed by individuals with PO Boxes,
we are not accepting orders from individuals who reside at
PO Box addresses.

DHL RUSH: All DHL Rush orders cost an additional 25%
of your total order.

AirMail (Only Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico): A flat rate
of $25.00 will be added to each AirMail order shipped to
Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

4. Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Due to the risk of credit card fraud associated with orders
placed by individuals with PO Boxes, currently we are not
accepting orders from individuals who reside at PO Box
addresses.

5. How long does shipping take?

For UPS ground, please allow 8-10 business days
For DHL RUSH, please allow up to 3 business days
For AirMail, please allow up to two weeks

6. Are shipments insured?
Yes, all shipments are automatically insured at no extra cost
to you.

7. How do I get a tracking number for my order?
You can email us at
customerservice@water-fountains-and-garden-decor.com
for a tracking number--but please wait to email us at least 48
hours after placing your order. The tracking number will not
be available until then.
